A great organizing tool, great support

I bought the previous version and it worked as it was supposed to except that I had a problem with sorting AVCHD video from my Lumix camera that resulted in a crash. I contacted support, and, rather than a “we’ll look into it” response, they proceeded to work with me in detail to track down the problem. The dialog included detailed instructions with screenshots to diagnose the problem. They provided a workaround, and now with the new 3.1 release the AVCHD problem has been solved.

The app is highly configurable and allows almost limitless ways to configure the source to be sorted and the output, such as folder structure and file naming. I highly recommend the app as an outstanding way to bring organization to photo/video files.
